Pricing questions

Is there a fee when customers pay by card?
Stripe charges its own card fee, the same on every plan. Crewbee adds no fee of its own. On Grow and Pro you can also use your own Stripe account.
Can I take bank debit on Starter?
Yes, on every plan. A regular customer signs up for bank debit once and is charged after each visit, with one authorization however many homes you clean for them. The money goes straight to your own account.
What happens when the free trial ends?
You get 30 days of Pro, and we don't ask for a card to start. At the end, pick any plan and whether to pay monthly, every 3 months or yearly. If you pick a smaller plan, everything you entered stays.
Do I have to pay for a year?
No. Monthly has no contract: cancel any time and your website stays up until the end of the month you've paid for. Paying every 3 months or yearly costs less because you pay ahead. If you cancel, it simply doesn't renew.
What if I pay ahead and change my mind?
Tell us within 30 days of paying for 3 months or a year, and we refund all of it. We also email you a week before it renews, so it never takes you by surprise.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time. Moving up starts right away, and you pay only the difference for the time left. Moving down, or from yearly to monthly, starts when your current period ends.
I run more than one location.
Add each extra location for half your plan's price. Each one gets its own calendar, team and payments, and you see them all from one login.
What does a team member cost?
$8 a month for each person who works with you, a cleaner or someone in the office, on any plan. Paying every 3 months makes it $7 a month, and yearly $6. Every feature of your plan works the same for one person or fifty.
Do I pay for myself?
No. You, the owner, are always included, whether you clean, run the office or both. A business of one pays the plan's price and nothing more.
What currency do you charge in?
US dollars, wherever your business is: one price list for everyone. If you're outside the US, this page shows each price in your own currency at today's rate as a guide. Your bank turns the dollars into your currency when you pay, so the amount on your statement can move a little with the rate.
Do my cleaners pay anything?
No. You add each one to your plan, and they use the app on their own phones.
