One quote, and every visit after it

The quote form asks how often, and a regular quote shows the price of each visit. Your customer approves it once and picks the date of the first visit, and the visits repeat on your calendar on their own.

• Weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly on the form, and every 3 or 4 weeks if you add them
• Change the price or how often for one customer, and the visits follow
• Move one visit, or that visit and every one after it

Paid after each visit, automatically

A regular customer saves their card when they book, with a deposit off the first visit if you take one. After each visit the card is charged for that visit, with nobody at the door. If a payment fails, you're told, and the customer can update the card from their account.

Or they pay by bank debit, through your own GoCardless account: one authorization however many homes you clean for them, and one collection covering every visit in 2 weeks.

Customers look after their own visits

Each customer has an account where they can move or skip a visit, pause while they're away and come back sooner, change their card and find every receipt, without calling you. A change you need to agree to arrives as a request.

Turning one-off customers into regulars

When a customer books a single visit, they're asked whether they'd like you back regularly. A yes lands in your to-do list, ready to quote.
