What it prices by

Each service is a fixed price, or an hourly rate for the time it takes. A line can take its amount from the customer's answer, such as one for each bedroom or bathroom, and home sizes such as 1-2, 3 or 4+ bedrooms are drafted for you when Crewbee sets up your prices from a sentence about your business. You confirm every price before it's used.

• A saving on the first visit, if you offer one

How often they want you

The customer chooses a one-off visit or a regular one, weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly, and a regular quote shows the price of each visit. Choosing how often doesn't change the price by itself, so if you charge less for weekly visits, set weekly up as its own service with its own price.

When it hands over to you

The calculator only sends prices you've confirmed. A quote waits as a draft for you when an answer can't be read, when the customer's note asks for something unusual, or when the total is below or above the amounts you set for sending on its own.

On any website

The calculator is part of the quote form, so it runs wherever the form does: on a Crewbee website, pasted into WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or Shopify with a short snippet, or opened from a link or a QR code. The customer sees each extra's price as they choose it, and the total a few seconds after they send the form.
