Your price list does the quoting

Each service has a fixed price, an hourly rate, or an amount for each room or item the customer tells you about, and every extra carries its own price. The form asks the questions that set the price, starting with the ZIP code, so someone outside your area is told right away instead of after a phone call.

What your customer sees

Only prices you've confirmed are ever sent automatically. A quote waits as a draft for you when the customer's note asks for something out of the ordinary, when an answer can't be read, or when the total falls outside the limits you set. You can also leave any service to quote by hand.
