From quote to booked in one visit

Your customer gets a quote from the form on your site, or by email. On the quote they agree to your booking terms, approve it and choose a date: from the times you have free once you've set your working days, or a day and a morning or afternoon for you to confirm. Then they pay, and the job is on your calendar.

Deposits, or the full price up front

You set what is taken to book: a share of the price (40% until you change it), the full price, or nothing up front. Set it once for the business, or differently for a service, a type of job or a single quote. On a one-off visit with a deposit, the customer can choose to pay the whole amount instead. If you take nothing up front, the booking waits for you to confirm it in the office.

Paid after the visit, without chasing

The card used to book is kept for what's left. Regular customers are charged automatically after each visit. On a one-off, the balance is asked for after the visit, and if it's still unpaid a week later the saved card is charged.

Regular customers can pay by bank debit instead, through your own GoCardless account, with one collection covering every visit in 2 weeks.

Your money, in your own account

Card payments run through Stripe, on an account you set up from inside Crewbee, and pay out to your bank. Stripe charges its own card fee, and Crewbee adds none on any plan. On Grow and Pro you can link a Stripe account you already have instead.
